PURPOSE OF POSITION

The administrative Assistant will be an integral part of the health screening services department. This position will be responsible for administrative tasks in the field, such as data entry for patient paperwork and following paper workflows. Additionally, this role will be responsible for scheduling client appointments, considering time blocks and travel times.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

· Answers telephones, transfers, and screens incoming calls appropriately.

· Assists in coordinating services, providers, and other personnel to ensure delivery of smooth, timely patient service.

· Books client appointments using outlook and other calendaring systems.

· Provides administrative support to the health screening services team, including but not limited to paper workflows and data entry.

· Delivers patient screening results to employers and their employees in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.

· Uses Microsoft Excel for data confirmation.

· May travel to work off site at client facilities conducting health screening exams.

· Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS

· High school diploma or equivalent required

· 2+ years in an administrative role

· Critical thinking skills

· Proficient in computer use and technology

o Ability to quickly learn new processes

o Skilled in typing and data entry

· Proficient in Dropbox and Microsoft Office Suite

· Fundamental knowledge of scheduling and calendar management

· Bilingual in Spanish preferred

· Adaptable and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently

· Excellent phone communication skills

Compensation details: 17-19 Hourly Wage
