Supports human resources by assisting in the hiring and leaves process; processes payroll and payroll related transactions; updates and maintains files, records, and databases; and assists in various administrative functions.
Coordinates, tracks and maintains Child Protection Clearance Recertification's for Facilities Management employees. Sends correspondence, creates tracking spread sheets, follow-up to see that all steps are being completed, and assists employees when needed.
