Art Director, Remote (US Based)

Monday-Friday: 9am-6pm EST

Salary: $130k range depending on experience

Must be physically located in New York, NY or Los Angeles, CA to be considered.

We are seeking an Art Director with a strong focus on creative leadership, art direction, and concept development to join our team. This role is central to shaping the creative identity by driving exceptional cross-platform campaigns, developing compelling narratives, and ensuring seamless execution across all media formats. As the Art Director, you will be responsible for bringing the visual brand identity to life through design innovation, strategic thinking, and creative execution.

• Lead the creation of stunning, visually consistent designs across digital and print platforms, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
• Collaborate with the Senior Director of Creative and Senior Manager of Brand Voice to define the vision, direction, and strategy for communication campaigns.
• 6+ years of experience in art direction, creative production, or marketing operations.
• Experience managing budgets, negotiating contracts, and overseeing large-scale productions.
• MUST HAVE: Experience working in a high-growth startup, preferably in health and wellness, lifestyle, or healthtech industry.
