Wallauer Design Center, Westchester’s leader in custom window treatments and home décor, is looking for our next design team member as a Design Consultant, specializing in window treatments, drapery, wall coverings and home accessories.
An ideal candidate has an eye for design as well as some experience working with clients in either a sales capacity or design capacity. Working with urgency and with a variety of different customer and team member personalities is an important part of the job. This is a sales position, but mostly involves helping homeowners and interior designers select fabrics and wallpaper, and design window treatments.
No experience is necessary – we will train the right individual who has an eye for design and enjoys working and communicating with people, and possesses the following skills:
