Due to recent expansions in New Jersey, we are looking to train a professional individual for our Marketing and Promotions team to help us grow and develop our in-store marketing campaigns and play an active role in the sales cycle.

This position offers several opportunities for career growth and development. Performance is incentivized with bonus pay, so if you are driven to succeed and exceed expectations, you will be rewarded accordingly.

Typical Day-to-day includes:

• Managing customer interactions in our face-to-face retail settings
• Acting as a sponge - soaking in knowledge provided by trainers to effectively promote our clients products
• Working effectively with our clients, their customers, and team members in our clients marketing retail campaigns
• Facilitating customer acquisition and retention for our clients
