Peregrine Team is hiring for an  HR Generalist to join a growing healthcare staffing agency located in Southern, CA. This position is completely remote and offers very competitive compensation and full benefits.

Job Duties:

• Partners with employees and management to communicate various human resource policies, procedures, laws, standards and other government regulations across multi-functional HR disciplines (compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, employee relations, etc.).
• Assists with the development and administration of programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company.
• Collaborates with HR team members to develop and implement process improvements to enhance operations efficiency.
• Conducts data analysis to identify HR trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Leads/Participates in HR projects from inception to completion

Qualifications:

• Experience in Human Resources as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
• Specialized knowledge in CA employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, preventive labor relations, benefits, and recruitment
• Strong proficiency with MS Excel (including advanced functions)
• Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion.
• Understanding of HR fundamentals, practices, and current regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
