PAY & BENEFITS

This is a commission position with weekly predictable draws. Wedge Roofing's compensation package far exceeds the industry standard. On average, a successful starting salesperson can expect to earn $100,000+ annually. Mid-range salespeople are valued at $250,000+ , and top-performing salespeople earn $400,000+ . Office space, company vehicle, and phone provided . Upon completion of the probation period, employees will have access to Health, Vision & Dental Insurance , 401k , and Profit Sharing .

Wedge Roofing provides all leads and initial contacts. Due to the trust we have gained with the community over 49 years, over 35% of our leads are previous customers and/or referrals.

THE PERFECT CANDIDATE

- Can complete 3-4 highly qualified leads daily.

- Has exemplary communication and client service skills.

- Demonstrated sales built upon selling value, quality, reputation and rapport, not price.

- Has a minimum of two years high-end roofing sales in residential/light construction

- Can climb and inspect roofing systems.

- Knowledge of coatings and spray polyurethane foam is a plus, but not required.

- Have a working knowledge of basic computer and mobile software.

- Has a valid driver's license, is drug free and is able to pass a background check.
