Receptionist Medical/Non-Profit

Pasadena, CA

Pay: $18- $22 per hour

Join our team as a Receptionist, where you will be the welcoming face and voice of our company.

This role involves handling phone calls, assisting visitors, and supporting day-to-day office operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently
  • Manage front desk operations, including mail handling and appointment scheduling
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception area
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling, managing correspondence, and organizing documents.
  • Maintain records, handle data entry, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Collaborate with staff and other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in a file clerk or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a desired
