Commercial Roofing Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Roofing Project Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and completion of roofing projects for our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and timelines.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring that all costs are tracked and accounted for.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure that all work is completed on time and to the required quality standards.
• Maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Communicate regularly with clients to keep them informed of project progress and to address any concerns or issues.
• Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the course of the project, and escalate to senior management as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing project management.
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials, installation methods, and safety regulations.
• Experience managing budgets and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Professional certification in project management is a plus.
