Who We Need:
We're on the lookout for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as "Scent-tologists." As a Scent-tologist, you won't just be selling scents; you'll be crafting experiences and memories for our guests.
What You’ll Do:
• Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm, inviting them to embark on a scent journey.
• Share the brand's captivating story and product knowledge with guests.
• Guide customers through the exciting process of creating their signature fragrance.
• Manage day-to-day operations, process transactions, wrap orders with finesse, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Represent the brand at off-site events, spreading aromatic joy, when given the opportunity.
What We’re Looking For:
• Passion: Genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Communication Skills: Ability to articulate and communicate the process with guests with a positive energy.
• Creativity: Bring your unique flair to the scent-creation process.
• Detail-Oriented: Keep things smelling sweet by paying attention to the little things.
• Eager Learners: Ready to dive into the fascinating world of fragrance.
Pay: $17/hr with the potential to earn $20-30/hr through tips.
