We at Coforge are hiring SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER with the following skillset:

• Coordinate onsite and offshore resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Experience of handling multiple projects and ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management and leadership as needed.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Experience of executing Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective) for API teams.
• Knowledge of Agile principles and practices.
• Utilize JIRA for project management and tracking.
• Coach team members on Agile methodologies.
• Proven experience as a Project manager cum Scrum Master leading multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and methodologies.
• Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Proficient in JIRA.
• Passionate about Agile development and continuous improvement
